Collezione G Oreglia

The collection contains nearly 2000 Commedia dell'arte related items dating from the 1600's to the late 1900's. There are oil paintings, engravings and prints, as well as masks, puppets, ceramic figures and other diverse items. The collection was donated by Giacomo Oreglia (1924-2007) on his death. Born in Italy, he was a theatre director and lecturer in Literature and theater history at the Italian Cultural Institute in Stockholm.
