Opening Hours

Monday–sunday: We are currently unable to display opening hours. Please contact us for more information.

Closed

Midsummer’s Eve, Midsummer’s Day, the Sunday after Midsummer, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day.

Getting Here

The museum is located in central Stockholm and is easy to reach by subway, bus, or tram.

Admission

  • Ages 0–18: Free admission
  • Adults: 160 SEK
  • Annual pass: 260 SEK
  • Seniors: 120 SEK
  • Students: 120 SEK
  • Annual pass Senior/Student: 220 SEK
  • School groups: Free admission

Senior Tuesday
On Tuesdays, pensioners get entry for 100 SEK and receive a 10% discount on everything in the shop.

We are a cashless museum, but you can pay by card or Swish.

We offer guided tours every day — please call or email us for the schedule.

Accessibility

The Swedish Museum of Performing Arts is for everyone! The entrance is at street level, and automatic door openers are available. The building also has spacious elevators.

Are you arriving by travel service? Our address is Sibyllegatan 2, entrance via Väpnarplan.

Strollers

Strollers can be parked under cover outside the museum. Locks are available at the entrance desk.

Picnic Room

Feel free to bring your own food and enjoy it in our picnic room on the second floor. The room is equipped with a microwave, sink, and running water. The picnic room is open during museum hours.
