Summer Workshop in the Museum Courtyard – Build Your Own Instrument
This summer, you can build your very own instrument in our courtyard together with our museum educators and hosts. A new instrument will be featured each month, all made from recycled materials. Let your creativity flow and enjoy the sunshine!
23 June–12 July: Bumblebee – an air instrument made from paper, cork and rubber bands
14 July–2 August: Sun Drum – a percussion instrument made from paper plates, string and beads
4 August–9 August: Kazoo- a wind instrument made from cardboard tubes and tissue paper
11 August–16 August: Shaker – a percussion instrument made from bottle caps and wood
Good to know
When: Weeks 26–33, Tuesday–Sunday, 11 am–5 pm
Price: SEK 20 per instrument, payable on site via Swish. No pre-booking required.
Card payment is also available at the museum entrance.
In case of bad weather, the workshop will move indoors to the studio.
