Visit us safely

Book your visit in advance, keep on keeping your distance, and above all: have fun! This is how we work to ensure that you have a safe visit.

Limited number of visitors

A limited number of visitors will be allowed inside the museum, so that everyone can have a safe experience. We have also introduced bookable tickets to counteract overcrowding and make it easier for everyone to keep a distance.

We are here for you

Our hosts are here to ensure that you have a smooth and safe visit. Do not hesitate to ask us if you have any questions. Thank you in advance for keeping your distance from us and other visitors!

Clear signage

Our signage, with arrows on the floor, leads you through the museum to avoid overcrowding in the exhibitions. In each room, it is clearly stated how many can stay there at the same time.

Disposable gloves and hand sanitizers

Hand sanitizers and disposable gloves are available at the reception and in several places inside the museum.

Bring your headphones

There are stations at the museum where you can connect your own wired headphones. The headphone jacks are 3.5 mm. An adapter is required if you have newer iPhone headphones. Headphones are also available to borrow on-site.

Cleanliness

We have extended our cleaning routines, and surfaces such as touchscreens and handles are disinfected several times a day.
